Grace believes in the power of movement and the incredible ability to challenge both the body and mind. Grace brings an athletic background as a Division I soccer player at Belmont University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, which fuels her expertise in fitness. With over two years of experience in personal training and group fitness, Grace specializes in endurance training and athletic performance. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, tone and shape, or simply embrace a healthier lifestyle, Grace is here to motivate and guide you every step of the way.

Nick is driven by a lifelong passion for sports and fitness. As a former athlete, Nick has transformed his love for athletics into a mission to help others optimize their health and unlock their full potential. Garr

Krsna is a Pilates instructor and strength coach at Outlaw Training Club, committed to helping individuals build a strong, balanced body and mind through purposeful, intentional movement. Combining the precision of Mat Pilates with the power of strength training, Krsna crafts a dynamic blend of low- and high-impact exercises. Her approach not only develops strength, endurance, and cardiovascular health, but also enhances alignment, breathwork, core stability, and refined muscle control—bringing the body into balance from the inside out. With a focus on mindful movement and long-term strength, Krsna is here to help you move with power, purpose, and grace.

Luke has a diverse background in competitive martial arts, bodybuilding, powerlifting, and corrective exercise. With over eight years of experience in fitness and more than three years as a trainer, Luke has made it his mission to help others build strength, confidence, and peak performance. Specializing in functional strength and hypertrophy training, Luke helps clients develop muscle, move more efficiently, and unlock their full potential.

Slater
Howard
Slater is dedicated to helping clients crush their fitness goals. With a strong athletic background as a Division I football player at Tennessee Tech, Slater brings a competitive edge and a wealth of experience to every session. He has honed his expertise over three years in the fitness industry, including training at Fit Athletic Club in San Diego, California. Specializing in strength training, Slater excels at guiding clients in building muscle, losing weight, improving athletic performance, and boosting overall health and confidence.

Lauren
Trent
With a background as a former athlete and two years of experience leading group fitness classes, Lauren brings energy, expertise, and motivation to every session. Specializing in HIIT and strength training, she’s passionate about helping members build endurance, power, and lasting confidence. As a dedicated marathon runner, Lauren understands the value of perseverance and pushing beyond mental and physical barriers. As an active leader in the Outlaw Run Club, she’s committed to creating a strong, supportive community of runners focused on growth and achievement.
